ABOUT ME

I didn’t start this journey with the intention of coaching others. I started because I wanted to feel better in my own body—to be stronger, healthier, and more capable in my everyday life. Over time, training consistently, learning how to fuel properly, and showing up even when it wasn’t convenient changed not just how I looked, but how I felt and how I moved through the world. That process taught me that sustainable progress doesn’t come from extremes or shortcuts—it comes from structure, consistency, and a willingness to do the work.

What began as a personal journey naturally grew into coaching. Friends, training partners, and eventually clients started asking for guidance—not because I had a magic formula, but because I lived what I taught. This business was built to fill the gap between quick-fix fitness culture and real-life health. It’s for people who want clarity instead of confusion, habits instead of hype, and strength that lasts longer than a season.

Today, my coaching focuses on helping people train with purpose, eat intelligently, and build bodies that support how they actually live. This site offers structured programs, thoughtful guidance, and a calm approach to health—because feeling good shouldn’t feel complicated.

MY JOURNEY

I don’t recognize her now.
But I’m thankful for her.

For her fortitude to admit something had to change.

The orange shirt was August of 2017—two months after I started training for my first half marathon.
I thought signing up for a race would fix me.
It didn’t.

What needed fixing wasn’t just my body.
It was my mindset.
My habits.
My belief that feeling tired, inflamed, and miserable was just “part of getting older.”

At 43, I thought:
“This is just what happens.”
“Older means pain, fat, and no energy.”
“Your metabolism slows down.”
“You’re busy—just do your best. It’s OK.”

No one ever said,
“Hey… you don’t have to live that way.”

Somehow, I started. Slowly. Imperfectly.
One workout. One food choice. One hard morning at a time.

I’m damn proud of that woman in the orange shirt.
She didn’t quit—she decided.
She laced up when it hurt.
She ran when it felt hopeless.
She believed.

Thank God for her.

Now at 50, I’m stronger, sharper, leaner, and more alive than I was at 30. Not because I’m special, but because I did the work.
The bone-grinding, run-in-the-freezing-cold, do-it-anyway kind of work.

You don’t have to hate your “before” to rewrite your after.
But you do have to stop pretending that “fine” is good enough.

Start now.
You have no idea who you could become.
I sure didn’t.

I changed my life.
